Joe McDaniel, pastor of The Bridge of Faith Family Church and is President of The Empowerment Center for Children, Youth & Families, where he provides community development, organizational strategy and spiritual leadership to communities suffering social, emotional, economic and spiritual crises.

Latisha J. McDaniel, known as “Tish” to most, co-pastors The Bridge of Faith Family Church with her husband and also serves The Empowerment Center for Children, Youth and Families as Education Director.

Together, Joe and Tish founded The Bridge of Faith Family Church, BridgeCamp Summer Camp, Park Place Military Academy, Oasis Christian Academy, and actively serve as leaders with the LAUNCH Team and The Empowerment Center for Children, Youth and Families.

The McDaniel’s reside in Norfolk, Virginia with their four sons and many spiritual children.
